The PMAA does offer seminars at you location in many various styles to enhance not only your education but to also help gain retention in your schools. We have entered into the 21st century where students are looking for that edge to keep them in competition and energized. We must be focused on diversity if we want to run a full time operation. We have found that the schools who are cross training have greater numbers, higher participation in tournaments and a lot more retention, not to mention a better monetary enhancement.
